Guides with instructions for how to register as a web supervisor and how to set up new staff users for WEBSTARS, the online Level I screening site, have been added below. If your facility needs to appoint a web supervisor please click on the document "Web Supervisor Registration" under Supervisor Tools and follow the instructions. Once a web supervisor has been identified and activated for your facility, please read "Getting Started for Agency Staff" under Educational Tools. In addition, the PASRR Provider Training Video shown during the webinar trainings is now available online for those who have been set up as web supervisors or users. IME has determined both an interim and a long term solution ensuring that Level I screening access issues do not delay hospital discharge of individuals seeking NF follow-up placement. Announcements and further details pertaining to the Level I solutions determined by IME will be posted on this site as available. The Iowa Medicaid Enterprise Medical Services Level of Care Certification for Facility Care Form can be found at the following website address: www.ime.state.ia.us/LTC/LevelOfCare.html. Scroll down to the section with the heading LOC Documents. The Level of Care Certification for Facility Care (Form #470-4393) is the first document on the list.
