We have conducted large-scale seminars and workshops, provided consulting sessions with individual providers to develop quality improvement plans, and hosted national quality conferences. Our companion web-based training modules permit specialized training to occur on-line at the convenience of the recipient. Web-based training enables oversight agencies to train a broad audience of stakeholders, clarifying expectations, while also improving access to a range of statewide providers.
