We have designed a variety of tools for monitoring
specific populations within nursing facilities. Our web-based systems track the number of residents with mental illness diagnoses who are residing in nursing facilities and compares that number with the general populations within each facility to flag facilities at risk of converting to IMD status.
Authorized users can access our web-based data systems for up-to-date information about provider status information, admitting status, and conversion risks. These measures protect states from inadvertent IMD conversion and their related costs.
