DDM Ascend conducts comprehensive clinical assessments for the State of Nebraska on individuals who have a diagnosis of mental illness, mental retardation, and/or a related condition. We utilize *Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (LMHPs), Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals (QMRPs), licensed Psychologists, Psychologist Associates and Psychological Assistants across Nebraska to perform the on-site evaluations. All evaluators are fully credentialed and trained prior to providing assessment services.
When an individual has a diagnosis of mental retardation, sometimes intelligence testing may be required. *Licensed Psychologists, Psychologist Associates and Psychological Assistants perform the I.Q. testing portion of the assessment.
