The State of North Dakota contracts with DDM Ascend to perform comprehensive clinical assessments on individuals with mental illness.
We maintain and utilize a statewide network of *Registered Nurses who conduct the on-site evaluations. Our nurses have expertise in providing direct care to geriatric individuals with psychiatric disorders. All evaluators are fully credentialed and trained prior to performing on-site assessment services.
