DDM Ascend has several contracts with the State of Colorado to perform comprehensive and specialized clinical evaluations. Evaluations are conducted on individuals who have a diagnosis of mental illness and on adults and children who have acute, complex medical conditions, such as: ventilators, tracheotomies, tube feeding, oxygen support, intravenous infusions, severe surgical or traumatic wounds, and other medically complex conditions.
We utilize Colorado licensed *Registered Nurses to perform on-site evaluations and Colorado licensed *medical doctors to perform utilization review on the medical records of adults and children who have complex medical conditions and/or behavioral health diagnoses. All evaluators are credentialed and fully trained prior to completing assessments.
