Updated 6/27/12: Beginning July 1, 2012 Ascend Management Innovations will no longer perform reviews and/or process submissions for the PASRR, HBU, CES, PAR (5615), and Estate Recovery programs. Ascend is working with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to transition these programs to a new vendor.
